Atlas beta for Windows
A browser that does the legwork of job hunting.
Atlas is a desktop browser with an AI agent built in. It searches for roles, checks how well they fit your CV, researches the employer, helps you prepare for interviews and fills in application forms. Then it stops, and you decide whether anything gets sent.
Beta software. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
What Atlas does
Atlas is built around the steps of a job search. You work in the browser as usual; the agent helps where you ask it to.
Finds jobs
Searches job boards for roles that match what you are looking for.
Assesses fit
Compares a posting with your CV and profile, and gives you a view on how well it fits. A separate second-opinion check, called Jev, reviews the result.
Researches employers
Looks into the company behind a role so you know who you would be working for.
Prepares interviews
Helps you get ready for the conversations that follow an application.
Tailors your CV and cover letter
Drafts versions for a specific role. Each draft goes through a truth check that rejects claims not found in your profile.
Fills application forms
Completes forms from your profile and saved answers. Open-ended essay questions are left blank for you unless you supplied the answer.
Atlas never submits without you.
Atlas prepares an application, then stops at an approval gate. You review what it has filled in and you decide whether to send it. It will not press the final submit button on its own.
Before pressing an Apply button, Atlas checks whether that button opens a form or sends one. When it is unsure, it stops and asks you.
Download the beta
To check your download in PowerShell: Get-FileHash .\Atlas-Setup-*.exe -Algorithm SHA256. The result should match the SHA-256 above.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit (x64).
- Installs for your user account only. It does not need administrator rights or change any system-wide settings.
- The setup is for a fresh install: it will not install over an existing Atlas installation or into a folder that is not empty.
- Atlas does not register itself as your default browser during setup.
Installing
- Run the downloaded setup file and choose More info then Run anyway if SmartScreen appears.
- Read and accept the draft terms. The setup will not continue until you do.
- Pick an install folder (or keep the default) and let the setup finish, then launch Atlas.
Uninstalling removes the program files but does not delete your browser profile data.
How updates work
Coming soon: automatic updates are being built now and will be delivered from this site. This beta build (0.0.215) does not update itself yet; when the first self-updating build is ready, it will be posted here and you'll install it once (the beta installer is fresh-install only, so uninstall the old build first from Windows Settings, then Apps; uninstalling keeps your Atlas profile). From then on:
- Automatic download. New versions are fetched in the background.
- Applied on restart. An update takes effect the next time Atlas restarts. It is not forced on you mid-session.
- Never mid-form. Atlas holds an update back while it is busy, for example while an application form is open and waiting for your approval.
- Automatic rollback. If a new version fails its start-up health check, Atlas returns to the previous working version.
